If you are looking for a way to lose weight fast, calorie counting should help you with that. You will need to keep a detailed account of the calories you eat each day so that you dont eat more calories than you can burn off naturally.

Once you have the amount of calories you should be eating daily for your sex and weight, then you should come up with a plan for you to consume just a bit under this amount of calories. For example, if you eat 500 less calories per day, then you should expect a weight loss of about one pound per week. Again, it is essential for you to do some exercises and burn several hundred calories each day as well. This will help you lose weight even faster.
